What affects the price of custom uniforms?

1. Quantity

Our listed prices start at 20 pieces. There is no minimum on most products, so smaller orders are welcome, but the per-piece price is higher because setup, pattern and printing work is shared across fewer pieces. Larger runs and repeat orders of the same style are priced lower.

2. Decoration method

Full sublimation prints your whole design into polyester fabric at no extra cost per color, so it is often the best value for jerseys, singlets and shorts with complex graphics. Embroidery, tackle twill and screen printing are priced by size, stitch count or number of colors. Our guide to sublimation vs embroidery vs tackle twill explains the trade-offs.

3. Fabric and weight

Heavier or more technical fabrics cost more. A 300 GSM fleece hoodie costs more than a 220 GSM one, and a 220–240 GSM singlet costs more than a 140 GSM one. See our hoodie GSM guide and singlet fabric guide.

4. Construction details

Zippers, extra panels, reversible construction, pockets, padding and premium trims add material and sewing time. A reversible basketball jersey, for example, uses two layers of fabric and costs more than a single-layer jersey.

5. Personalization

With sublimation, individual names and numbers are printed into each garment as part of the design. With tackle twill or heat transfer, each name and number is an extra piece of work, so personalization adds to the cost.

What is included in the price?

Customs duties and import taxes in your country are not included and are paid by the buyer. If you import into the USA, read our guide to shipping, duties and tariffs on sportswear from Pakistan.
