How to choose custom volleyball uniforms
Most teams order game jerseys and shorts, a contrasting libero jersey, and warm-ups. Here is what to decide before you request a quote for custom volleyball uniforms.
Jersey style
Choose short sleeve, cap sleeve, sleeveless, racerback or long sleeve jerseys, or a full uniform set. Your libero needs a jersey in a contrasting color, and we can make it in the same design.
Shorts
Competition shorts and poly-spandex shorts give a close fit for women’s and girls’ teams, while athletic shorts suit men’s and boys’ teams.
Fabric and decoration for volleyball uniforms
Jerseys use lightweight, stretch, moisture-wicking polyester. Uniforms and performance wear are dye-sublimated, so colors, names and numbers are dyed into the fabric and won’t crack, peel or fade. Hoodies and sweatshirts come in polyester fleece (220 or 300 GSM) or 80/20 cotton-poly fleece (250, 300 or 400 GSM), and can be sublimated, screen printed, embroidered or finished in tackle twill. Socks are knit-in, and bags can be sublimated.
Names, numbers and league rules
Add player names, numbers and your logo to every jersey. High school teams should check uniform and libero rules with their state association or the NFHS volleyball page.
Warm-ups and extras
Match a warm-up jacket and warm-up pants to your uniform, and add knee pads and socks in team colors.
When to order
Most custom volleyball uniform orders are delivered in 2–3 weeks from your deposit, with manufacturing and shipping both included. Timing can vary with the order type and quantity, so order at least 3–4 weeks before your first match and tell us the date. We’ll confirm delivery before you pay a deposit. Sizes run from youth XS to adult 3XL in one order.
