Sialkot is one of the world’s great sports-manufacturing cities, and Hameen Sports grew out of that tradition. What began in 2017 as a small production unit has become a full-cycle sportswear production facility — handling everything from fabric sourcing and sublimation printing to cutting, stitching, quality checks and export packing under one roof.

We work directly with team managers, club owners and apparel brands. No middlemen, no agents — the people quoting your order are the same people running the production floor. That’s how we keep turnaround at two to three weeks while holding the quality that keeps clients coming back.

Today our uniforms are worn on fields and mats across the United States and beyond, and every order still gets the same attention the first one did.

Inside our factory

Our production facility in Sialkot covers 10,000 square feet and employs 70 to 100 skilled workers, depending on the season. Every stage of production happens here, under one roof:

• 3 sublimation printers for fully sublimated jerseys, singlets, shorts and bags, with unlimited colors at no extra cost
• 8 embroidery heads for embroidered logos and tackle twill names, numbers and lettering
• 50 sewing machines for stitching every garment, from simple tees to reversible jerseys and padded shorts
• A dedicated quality check on fabric, print and stitching before every order is packed

How your order moves through the factory

1. Design: our design team turns your logo, sketch or idea into a digital mockup, with free revisions until you approve it.
2. Printing: approved designs are printed and sublimated into the fabric.
3. Cutting: panels are cut to the pattern for each size, from youth XS to adult 3XL.
4. Decoration: embroidery and tackle twill are added where your design calls for them.
5. Stitching: each garment is sewn and finished on our production floor.
6. Quality control: fabric inspection, print checks, a stitching audit and a pre-ship inspection, with QC photos or video on request.
7. Shipping: your order is packed and shipped with tracking, and most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of your deposit.
