How it is made

How we decorate custom wrestling singlets

Wrestling singlets are decorated with dye-sublimation. Your design is dyed directly into the fabric instead of printed on top, so colors, logos and numbers won’t crack, peel or fade — even after repeated washing and heavy competition use.

Full team colorway, school name, logo, athlete number and any design element dyed permanently into the fabric, with no extra cost per color and nothing raised on the surface.

Best for: Full-color designs, team names, logos and numbers across the whole singlet.

Questions about custom wrestling singlets

What fabric is the wrestling singlet made from?

A 4-way stretch polyester-spandex, with flatlock seams that won’t chafe on the mat and a cut that allows full shoulder rotation.

Should we choose a high-cut or low-cut singlet?

High-cut singlets have a higher leg opening and are the most common style in US high school wrestling. Low-cut singlets cover more of the thigh. We can make either from the same design.

Is the singlet legal for high school competition?

Yes. It’s cut no lower than armpit level front and back, as the NFHS uniform rule requires. Your state association has the final say on any local rules.

Do you make a women’s cut?

Yes. Our women’s wrestling singlet has a higher neckline and a contoured fit through the hips, in the same team design as your boys’ singlets.

Can each wrestler's name go on the singlet?

Yes. Names, numbers or weight classes can be added to each singlet, and with sublimation they're dyed into the fabric so they never peel.

Will the print crack, peel or fade?

No. The design is dye-sublimated into the fabric itself rather than printed on top, so colors, logos and numbers stay put through repeated washing and heavy competition use.

Can I order youth and adult sizes together?

Yes — a full youth XS to adult 3XL size run in a single order is one of the things we specialize in, so your whole team can be outfitted together.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Most of our products don’t have a minimum order quantity. Message us the quantity you need and we’ll confirm pricing and production details.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered in 2–3 weeks from your deposit payment, with manufacturing and tracked shipping both included. Larger orders or peak season may take a little longer — we’ll confirm your timeline before you order.
