1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Hameen Sports website (hameensports.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

Hameen Sports manufactures custom sports uniforms, apparel, and related products. Every item is made to order according to the customer’s specifications.

• The customer must approve all designs and specifications before production starts
• Colors may differ slightly from what appears on screen because of display calibration and printing processes
• Size charts are a guide only; for an exact fit we recommend ordering a sample first

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Placement

An order is confirmed once we have received payment and the customer has approved the design. Most products have no minimum order quantity.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment or a deposit is required before production begins
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods
• All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise

3.3 Design Approval

Customers must approve a digital mockup before production. Changes requested after approval may result in extra charges or delays.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard orders are delivered within 2–3 weeks of order confirmation, manufacturing and standard shipping included. Large or complex orders may take longer, and we confirm the delivery date before you pay a deposit
• Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee
• Standard shipping is free worldwide; customs duties, taxes and import fees are the customer’s responsibility
• Hameen Sports is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are custom-made:

• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or errors on our side
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order
• Photos of the defect must be provided so we can review the claim
• After review, a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion

6. Intellectual Property

• Customers must own or have permission to use any logos, images, or designs they submit for production
• Hameen Sports is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement by customers
• We may refuse any order that we believe infringes on someone else’s intellectual property

8. Changes to Terms

Hameen Sports may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms.
